The client is part of a well-established medical group with a proven track record of operating successful, high volume multidisciplinary clinics across Edmonton. Their clinics provide access to multiple specialties and a collaborative healthcare environment, allowing physicians to benefit from strong peer support and coordinated patient care. Their newly opened clinics have consistently achieved significant patient volumes through strategic location selection, comprehensive marketing, community outreach, and strong operational support. Candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability and willingness to build and manage a growing patient panel in a highly populated, underserved community with significant demand for primary care services.  Work hours are 40 hours per week, mainly on weekdays. The physician will also have the opportunity to work on weekends, wherein the clinic will be open from 10am to 3pm. The incoming physician will provide comprehensive family medicine services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, and follow-up. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate EMR documentation and collaborating with the healthcare team as well as managing a patient panel with an expected volume of 35–45 patients per day or more, depending on practice style and demand. The clinic uses HealthQuest EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 85/15, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $500,000-$600,000. Incentives Available to the Physician: No overheads for the first 2 months, the clinic is also LMIA ready for doctors who need a work permit. Clinic Details: This is a new practice, with 8 fully equipped examination rooms, a procedure room, modern EMR system, and experienced administrative support. The clinic is newly built and provides comprehensive family medicine services with access to multidisciplinary care and specialist collaboration within their medical group. Initial operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and 10am to 3pm on weekends, with flexibility to accommodate expanded clinic hours based on physician preferences and patient demand. The team currently includes more than 12 family physicians and 4 specialist physicians. The clinic is also planning on recruiting a part-time doctor to provide support during weekends.
